Privacy Policy
We believe privacy policies should be readable. Here's exactly what we collect, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the service. When you sign up or reach out, we collect your email address. We do not collect payment information directly — that is handled by our payment processor.
We do not collect browsing data, install tracking pixels, or build advertising profiles.
How we use your data
Your email is used to deliver the service: onboarding, service updates, and support. We do not use it for marketing to third parties.
If you become a client, the information your agent processes (emails, documents, calendar data) is used solely to operate your agent on your behalf. It is never used for any other purpose.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their commercial purposes. Full stop.
We never train on your data
Your conversations, documents, and business data are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. We use AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) via enterprise API tiers that explicitly prohibit using customer data for model training.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will purge your data within 30 days and provide written confirmation.
To request deletion, email millie@hellomillie.ai with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each client's data is stored in an isolated environment. For full details, see our Security page.
