Always moving forward
A little better,
every release.
New capabilities, thoughtful fixes, and the small improvements that make working with Millie feel better.
What’s new in 1.41.1
- Webchat archives remain visible with a Restore option; sends automatically recover only when retention or the session cap caused the archive.
- Removed channel access stays revoked after gateway restarts.
- Hosted apps start with a restricted environment instead of gateway credentials; the dashboard data backend remains an exception.
- Support case capture can run when explicitly enabled for a client with a task-local agent database.
What’s new in 1.40.3
- You can send a card’s text again as a new message, with each send tracked separately.
- SMS drafts and their briefs now have a separate space from the phone script.
- You can request an email explicitly for an owner without needing approval from the recipient directory.
What’s new in 1.40.2
- Folder instructions may be repeated after a long conversation or on a new connection if they have not been shared recently. A guidance-only refresh does not resend files; files may still be included when their own reseed is due.
- Meeting-ready notices identify completed meetings with the title, time, and capture ID. Everyone in a selected shared channel can see these details; artifact contents remain separately access-controlled.
- Direct owner chat now follows enabled owners in People & Access. Existing tenants must save an owner there after rollout to initialize access.
- A release can publish an explicitly included PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP logo from your assets repo, up to 512 KiB. Logos are not copied from the live dashboard.
What’s new in 1.40.1
- Owners can opt in to People & Access conversation controls after their gateway validates and activates directory data; invalid or drifted data must be repaired first.
- Folders organize chats with shared instructions and reference files; folder details are visible to the team, and uploaded text can inform client-wide memory.
- A foldable desktop sidebar and command-palette conversation search make chats easier to find; the file panel now previews files and lists pictures Millie creates.
- The gateway update keeps earlier conversation transcripts searchable after the platform upgrade.
What’s new in 1.36.4
- Choose an effort level for a conversation once its thinking options have loaded, and use the composer’s slash-command menu.
- Filter table columns by their displayed text, or show only rows with empty values.
- Session history now surfaces relevant transcripts.
What’s new in 1.36.3
- Add supported photos and files to messages and view sent media in the conversation; attachment availability depends on connection and model support.
- Dismiss cards with a confirmation, and see the change reflected across mounted cards.
What’s new in 1.36.2
- The integrations catalog is now paginated.
- When an external site is allowed in configuration, card actions can open links to it.
- Click table columns to sort ascending or descending, then return to the ranked order.
- Supporting libraries were updated, and an unused app testing dependency was removed.
What’s new in 1.36.1
- You can switch between conversations, start new ones, rename or delete them, and pin or archive threads.
- Drafts, unread indicators, and conversation history are saved on your device, making it easier to pick up after a reload.
- A tenant browser viewer is now available for viewing a live browser session.
- Several reliability fixes: connected tools stay when a re-provision omits their list; one bad hosted app no longer hides others; an over-eager check that could interrupt replies is disabled.
What’s new in 1.35.2
- Filter Upcoming and Recovery lists by multiple locations, dates, outreach status, and due service.
- Member cards show booking activity since the last outreach and days since outreach; SMS sending now prompts for confirmation.
- Chat displays formatted tables and code, and lets you stop a reply started in your tab; clearer end states explain when a reply stops or fails.
- For a WhatsApp channel that is switched off, Connect can turn it back on and request a QR once the gateway is ready.
What’s new in 1.34.2
- Send SMS or email outreach from a client’s detail card and see when the last outreach was sent.
- Inbound mail arriving before the gateway connects upstream now receives a temporary-unavailable response; mid-request connection losses are not changed.
- The live session viewer now refreshes session information and handles updates and shutdown more safely.
What’s new in 1.31.6
- Meeting capture now runs through Recall. Requesters are notified when artifacts are ready, with access managed by meeting attendee.
- You can now start a Recall meeting capture from a plain meeting link.
- Email sessions now reset after inactivity instead of resetting daily.
What’s new in 1.31.2
- Configure dashboard access with approved email domains or one-time codes, and optionally open a separate /public area while keeping the rest sign-in protected.
- Chat runs can now continue for up to 30 minutes before timing out.
- WhatsApp connection setup now addresses handshake failures; when record-based dashboard approvals are enabled, approvals are checked against their originating record.
What’s new in 1.28.1
- When a plugin is enabled or disabled, its tools and skills can be added to or removed from a running gateway without a forced restart.
- If a plugin update cannot be applied, the gateway keeps its last working version.
What’s new in 1.25.7
- When local indexing is enabled, an initial backup is saved after setup to help preserve the index across service restarts.
- Email actions can be routed to the correct mailbox when multiple mailboxes are connected.
What’s new in 1.25.6
- Image-based requests are now handled correctly during reasoning.
- Provisioner requests now go through the network route required by Composio’s IP allowlist.
What’s new in 1.25.5
- Local indexing remains limited to approved clients; gateway deployments now apply or remove its settings to match the current enablement list.
What’s new in 1.25.4
- After the updated gateway is deployed, memory recall can use keyword search as a fallback when embedding-based recall is unavailable.
- After the gateway rollout, eligible clients can opt in to local-disk memory indexing; it is off by default and requires enablement and reprovisioning.
What’s new in 1.25.3
- Production sign-in is configured to use Cognito; access depends on the required user backfill and invitations being completed.
What’s new in 1.25.2
- No client-facing highlights for this release.
What’s new in 1.25.1
- Development environments now use Millie’s updated sign-in experience, including password reset and invitation setup; production sign-in is unchanged.
- Authenticator-based two-step verification is available in development environments and remains optional; users can manage it in Account settings.
What’s new in 1.23.1
- Scheduled tasks now have per-client safety limits, including a cap of four concurrent runs and safeguards against schedule-format workarounds.
What’s new in 1.22.2
- Embedding now limits how much session history it processes at once, helping avoid crashes with large histories.
What’s new in 1.22.1
- Connect multiple mailboxes, see each address, and set auto-reply separately. It starts off for new connections; existing settings stay unchanged.
- When reconnecting a mailbox, Millie now reconnects the correct account and keeps replies tied to the mailbox that received the message.
What’s new in 1.18.5
- No client-facing changes in this release.
What’s new in 1.18.1
- After Gmail or Outlook authorization, mailbox triggers are set up automatically; end-to-end use still requires the webhook subscription and signing secret to be configured.
What’s new in 1.17.8
- For clients with Composio enabled, browse integrations and connect, disconnect, or reconnect accounts in Settings; consent links open directly from chat.
- Millie can use PhotoRoom for image work, with usage tracking and limit checks when enabled for your deployment.
- Chat stays in a connecting state until Millie is ready, and message entry is disabled during the handshake to prevent messages from being lost.
What’s new in 1.17.6
- Operational improvements help maintain sessions that were using a fallback model.
What’s new in 1.17.5
- No client-facing changes in this release.
What’s new in 1.17.4

- It can prepare drafts for review, forward messages, and retrieve individual messages.
What’s new in 1.17.3

- Existing installs with customized approval settings keep their current configuration and do not receive this default change.
What’s new in 1.17.2
- Configuration updates can now remove client overrides that are no longer present in the base configuration.
What’s new in 1.17.1
- Supported CLI and web app connections can now be approved without a pre-approved device fingerprint, while requests for unrecognized permissions remain blocked.
- When Codex sign-in is rate-limited or expires, the gateway can use its configured OpenAI fallback instead.
What’s new in 1.16.6
- Base prompt add-on files are kept in place and created when missing.
What’s new in 1.16.5
- Build process improvements support more reliable releases.

- Email conversations now support attachments, and you can reply to all recipients on inbound messages.
What’s new in 1.16.3
- Email workflows now include help cleaning up messages, sorting receipts, and triaging an inbox.
- Millie can help transfer a chosen style across documents.
What’s new in 1.16.2
- If Codex OAuth expires, requests can fall back to an OpenAI API key when one is configured.
- Re-provisioning an email channel now updates its email settings with the newly provided values.
What’s new in 1.16.1

- Embedding tasks have more time to finish, helping prevent timeouts.
- Memory scoping is corrected, and existing clients adjust automatically with the next gateway rollout.
